By creating an account or using Top Tier Fitness ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
The Service provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical, health, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
Physical activity carries inherent risks including injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily participate in any workout, program, or challenge and assume all associated risks. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health before participating.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Tier Fitness, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to workout injuries, health complications, or reliance on any information provided.
Where paid web subscriptions are offered, they are processed through Stripe and renew until cancelled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase. The current TTF iPhone/iPad App Store launch experience does not offer an external checkout inside the app. If App Store in-app purchases are introduced, the purchase terms and billing controls shown by Apple will apply to those transactions. Prices, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment or app-store terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, text). You grant us a licence to display it within the Service. Community content must follow the TTF Community Standards, including rules against harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, privacy violations and illegal or dangerous content. TTF may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these rules.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading malicious content, harassing other users, attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, or reverse-engineering the platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable Australian law. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under federal, state, or territory law.

All other product names, brands, and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
